Generally, the name cannot contain the words bank, trust, trustee, insurer, insurance or any other words suggesting operations in these industries. Unless you specify otherwise, we will add "LLC" to the end of the business name.

Taxation of the LLC

By default, an LLC with a single member is considered a "disregarded entity" and income taxes are paid through the member's personal tax return; however, Since an IRA is the sole member, taxes will be deferred until distributions are taken.

You may also elect to avoid the default classification and elect to be classified as an associated taxable as a corporation.
